2026 में Free Coaching Scheme किसके लिए है?
यह Free Coaching component DNT communities के छात्रों के लिए है। Official page के अनुसार eligible students की family income सभी sources को मिलाकर ₹2.50 lakh या उससे कम प्रति वर्ष होनी चाहिए। साथ ही student को Centre या State Government की किसी समान scheme का लाभ नहीं मिल रहा होना चाहिए।

Graduation और Class 12 Level Exams के लिए सीटों का बंटवारा

Free Coaching Scheme Eligibility 2026
- DNT Community: Applicant का DNT community से संबंधित होना आवश्यक है।
- Family Income: परिवार की सभी स्रोतों से कुल वार्षिक आय ₹2.50 lakh या उससे कम होनी चाहिए।
- दूसरी समान Scheme का लाभ नहीं: जो छात्र Centre या State Government की किसी समान scheme का लाभ ले रहा है, वह इस scheme के लिए eligible नहीं है।
- Qualifying Examination की शर्त: Student को जिस competitive examination के लिए coaching चाहिए, उसके prescribed qualifying examination में निर्धारित minimum marks की eligibility पूरी करनी होगी। यदि candidate ने qualifying exam अभी नहीं दिया है या result जारी नहीं हुआ है, तो उससे पहले की Board/Degree examination के marks को consideration में लिया जा सकता है।
- Class 12 Level Courses: जहां competitive examination की qualifying eligibility Class 12 है, वहां candidate को benefit प्राप्त करते समय Class 12 pass किया हुआ होना चाहिए, या Class 12 में अध्ययनरत होना चाहिए।
- Graduation Level Courses: जहां qualifying eligibility Bachelor’s degree है, वहां candidate ने Bachelor’s degree complete की हो, या benefit प्राप्त करते समय final year में अध्ययन कर रहा हो।
Preliminary और Mains Exam वालों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण नियम
यदि examination Preliminary और Mains, दो parts में होता है, तो ऐसे candidates को selection में priority दी जाती है जिन्होंने कम से कम एक बार Preliminary examination qualify किया हो।

कितनी बार Free Coaching का लाभ मिल सकता है?
किसी particular competitive examination के लिए एक student अधिकतम दो बार scheme benefit ले सकता है। इसके लिए candidate को affidavit देना होता है कि उसने पहले दो से अधिक बार scheme benefit नहीं लिया है।
Preliminary और Mains दोनों stages के संबंध में official page अलग-अलग coaching opportunities का उल्लेख करता है, जबकि interview coaching के लिए number of chances पर restriction नहीं बताया गया है यदि candidate interview के लिए selected हो।
आवेदन कैसे करें?
Free Coaching Scheme के लिए application online mode में किया जाता है।

Application Portal कब खुलता है?
Official scheme page के अनुसार portal साल में दो बार applications के लिए open किया जाता है:

- January Cycle
प्रत्येक cycle के दौरान portal लगभग एक महीने के लिए खुलता है। Application dates बदल सकती हैं। किसी पुराने article या social media post के बजाय application window को official portal पर verify करना बेहतर है।
क्या Offline आवेदन किया जा सकता है?
नहीं। Official page के अनुसार offline applications स्वीकार नहीं किए जाते। केवल complete online applications को assistance के लिए consider किया जाता है। Incomplete applications reject की जा सकती हैं। हालांकि rejected candidates बाद के selection phase में फिर apply कर सकते हैं।
Selection Process क्या है?
Portal बंद होने के बाद eligible candidates की अलग-अलग merit lists तैयार की जाती हैं। System द्वारा submitted information के आधार पर merit list तैयार होती है। इसके बाद applications की eligibility और completeness की जांच की जाती है।
Finalized merit lists को DWBDNC द्वारा गठित Screening Committee के सामने रखा जाता है। निर्धारित slots के अनुसार shortlisted candidates को credentials की verification के बाद scheme का benefit दिया जाता है। Merit list को Ministry website पर upload किया जाता है।
एक वर्ष में दो phases के अनुसार 625 candidates per phase को assistance दी जाती है।
Coaching Institute कैसे चुनें?
Selected candidates को अपनी पसंद के coaching course को pursue करने की सुविधा दी जाती है, लेकिन institute को Ministry द्वारा empanelled होना चाहिए।
Selection और verification के बाद candidate को Open Assurance Letter दिया जाता है। इसमें selected candidate, rank और eligible fee amount जैसी जानकारी दी जाती है। Candidate इस letter की मदद से coaching institute में admission process पूरा करता है।
Coaching Fee कैसे मिलेगी?
Course fee candidate के account में DBT के माध्यम से दो instalments में जारी की जाती है। इसके लिए Aadhaar-linked bank account की जानकारी देनी होती है।
- First Instalment: Eligible amount की 50% राशि admission confirmation/assurance upload किए जाने के बाद जारी की जाती है। Candidate को पहली instalment जारी होने के बाद 6 महीने के भीतर selected course join करना होता है।
- Second Instalment: Coaching institute में joining का proof जमा करने के बाद बाकी fee reimbursement प्रक्रिया पूरी होती है।
यदि candidate निर्धारित 6 महीने के भीतर institute join नहीं करता, तो पहली राशि वापस करनी पड़ सकती है और second instalment का benefit नहीं मिलता।
Stipend कितना मिलता है?
Official Free Coaching page के अनुसार stipend student की location के आधार पर अलग है:
